This model has two independent 4.25L cooking zones. SyncCook copies time and temperature across both baskets; SyncFinish coordinates different settings so both finish together. COSORI says to turn off preheating in both baskets when using SyncFinish.
Consider it when separate mains and sides are common, or when you want to check food through the viewing windows. COSORI lists the drawers and accessories as dishwasher-safe. Check that they fit your dishwasher and leave space for other dishes.
The 8.5L figure is split between two baskets: it does not create one large compartment for a wide baking dish. Check the model name and colour before ordering.
Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone AF400UK: for more total capacity
The AF400UK provides 9.5L across two independent drawers. Its SYNC feature coordinates different cooking settings, while MATCH copies settings between drawers. Its six functions are Air Fry, Max Crisp, Roast, Bake, Dehydrate and Reheat.
This is a sensible alternative when the COSORI’s total capacity looks restrictive for your usual portions. Check the usable drawer dimensions for foods you cook regularly; an extra litre of advertised volume does not guarantee that a particular dish will fit.
